As a first time home owner, going through the process was a bit much for us. I wasn't sure about anything. Not even the process itself! Luckily Nadia Moses came along with the home I wanted.
I could contact Nadia any time of the day and she would provide me with surety with whatever it is I needed. She is friendly, transparent and so helpful, as for her team as well as for doing applications on my behalf was the best!

It is our immense pleasure to recommend Nadia Moses as a real estate agent for any individual or family searching for the ideal home or wanting to sell their home.
We met Nadia about 10 years ago, who then was still under the employ of Pam Golding. She came to our 1st home. It was a small 2 bedroom home. After chatting with her, she gave us insight and advised to not sell as yet. What agent does this! We were comfortable in our small two-bedroom home until the birth of our 2nd child. Another year went by and we called Nadia up again, this time we were ready to sell our home. We had 2 home viewings within 1 week and our home was sold. Impressive? NO…. what was beyond impressive and beyond our expectations, is that Nadia got our home sold for over-the-above going-rate in our area at that time.
Off we were and bought our 2nd Home, 4 years had gone buy and we decided to sell one last time. Who did we call? The only person we knew. I won’t forget, I dial Nadia that day and the very first thing she said was happy belated birthday Mrs Maart, as if we had never lost touch of the years. We were very delighted to find that Nadia had opened up he own real estate company called “Nadia Moses Properties”. Nadia took diligent notes regarding our specific needs as well as our budgetary limitations. She did not waste our time with our price range or not in line with our needs.
A master with the contract negotiations, Nadia came up with a deal that was good for us and made the buyer happy as well.
We found Nadia to be a highly attentive agent, almost as if we were her only customers, although we know that was not the case. She returned all phone calls and emails the same day, not forgetting wattapp messages too. We never felt neglected or unimportant. Conversations will always start off with a cup of coffee and family chit & chatters. She is also highly personable with an engaging personality. Nadia was honest about some minor changes that we needed to make in our 2nd home to attract buyers quickly, and her advice worked like a charm. Again! We had 1 home-viewing and the 2nd home was sold immediately.

She is hands down the best in the business in our opinion and if we ever need to move again she will be our first choice in real estate agents.
